This reduces to... $150/week per pet and... $300/month per pet for longer term guests. ***Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge.*** Pets over 30lb and/or bully breeds are not allowed. Please cover furniture and guard against the pet smell with proper grooming.

ALL hours are quiet hours, especially after 8:00pm.
➢ RESTRICTED SMOKING
All smoking is to occur outside, and away from any open doors or
windows. Please be kind and refrain from littering.
There is a $499 smoking/cleaning fee if this is not abided by.
➢CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies on this site that favor the guest shall override
this overlay for cancellations prior to check-in; after check-in,
cancelling remaining nights results in 100% nightly rate refund ONLY
starting the 5th booked night after cancellation.
Prior to check-in
more than 14 days prior to check-in = 100% refund
less than 14 days prior to check-in = 50% refund
No show = 0% refund
After check-in
less than 5 nights after cancellation = 0% refund
more than 5 nights after cancellation = 100% refund

constitutes an immediate forfeiture of the listing and all associated

Cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover
deep cleans due to chaotic departures...
