This property has a strict "No Party Policy". Any violation of this policy will result in eviction and additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Please note that AKOM AT Docklands requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check into cover any incidental charged, and you are kindly requested to present a valid credit card upon arrival. The deposit amounts are as follows:

One Bedroom Apartments: AUD $400.00
Two Bedrooms Apartments: AUD $500.00
Three Bedrooms Apartments: AUD $750.00
