Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 20:00. When booking an Annex apartment, a surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. After 22:00 the late check-in costs EUR 50. Any request for a late arrival at Al Mascaron Ridente is subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 30 September.

Please note that heating is available from 01 November until 31 March.
