If the owner of the card is not travelling with, he/she should sign an authorization form.

Please note that there is no reception desk. The keys can be picked up from our express check-in system, starting from 16h00 and going forward.
In case of any issues, our reception in Condo Gardens Leuven can be contacted.

Since there is no reception, please ensure that the payment is done in a timely matter, in order for your keys to be prepared and your check-in instructions can be send.
