Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.

For security purposes, the property may request that the guest completes a credit card authorization form and provide a photo copy of their passport, all of which must have a signature. Please note that for all Suite category bookings staying over the night of 31st December 2023, compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner charges of THB 18,500++ per adult and THB 9,250++ per child (5 – 11 yrs. old) apply.

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Deposit Policy (applicable for all bookings staying over 31st December 2023) requires 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire stay (including gala dinner charges, applicable service charge, and taxes).

The deposit is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
