Access to the apartment by any person not included in the reservation is prohibited under any circumstances.

Accessing more people than those established in the reservation will have as a penalty what the law establishes plus the full deposit for failing to comply with the accommodation regulations with tourist fines.

The keys are collected at the associated establishment on CALLE JAÉN, on the day of arrival and after completing the online Check-in, we will send you the final information for the collection. We remind you that key collection hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

La solicitud online de documentos de identidad y pasaportes antes de la estancia se realiza escaneando el documento de identidad a través de una página web para su verificación de datos.

Queda prohibido el acceso al apartamento a cualquier persona no incluida en la reserva bajo ninguna circunstancia. Acceder a más personas de las establecidas en la reserva conllevará la penalización legal, además del depósito completo por incumplimiento de la normativa de alojamiento con multas turísticas.

Las llaves se recogen en el establecimiento asociado en la calle Jaén el día de la llegada. Tras completar el check-in online, le enviaremos la información definitiva para la recogida. Le recordamos que el horario de recogida de llaves es de 16:00 a 20:00 y a 23:00. Importante: Debe realizar el check-in antes de las 20:30 para que podamos verificar su identidad y enviarle la información definitiva para la recogida de llaves.
