It is not allowed to change the configuration of the furniture arranged in the property. Everything presented on the property is for exclusive use on the property.

It is not allowed to stay overnight people who do not belong to the reserve.

In this property, the rules must be complied with respecting the rest of the other owners of this condominium, between 10:30 PM and 9:00 AM

Check-in after hours, with extra cost, between 18:00 - 21:00 €25, from 21:00 - 24:00 €45 and from 00:00 €100 (payable in cash on delivery of the keys).

Check-out until 10:00 AM, to stay (if possible) until 4:00 PM has a cost of €50. The customer will have to throw away the garbage.

It is mandatory to report the damage to the person responsible on the same day.

Any broken/damaged items must be reported immediately.

Bookings from October to May, with stays of less than 7 days are charged

At Apartamento Sea Shell, bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not accommodated.
