When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note that only one pet per apartment of a maximum of weight of 10 kilos are allowed. For requests that do not fit into this description, please confirm before arrival. Pets are only allow by previous approval by the property. No pets would be receive without previous authorization.

The change of hours for the check-in and check-out request is allowed subject to availability, as long as the establishment is informed.

The property does not accept more guest than the amount on the reservation, property will accommodate the occupancy on the reservation no additional guest is allowed, or the reservation will be cancelled.

The property have a Laundry service at the property for the clients to use.

Towels are changed every 2-3 days.

Only stays longer than 7 days include a cleaning service and change of bed linen.

When booking 2 or more rooms it is considered a group reservation, and you must contact the establishment as a damage deposit will be requested upon check-in per apartment, which will be returned at the end of the stay.到着予定時刻をに事前に連絡してください。
