Please note that the property has no reception. Please contact the property at least 1 day in advance for check-in arrangements. Keys can be gathered in front of the apartment. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

In case you need to apply for a visa before travelling, the confirmation will be forwarded to the appropriate consulate. Please note that the appropriate consulate will also be informed upon the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that in case the room is not left in the same condition as it was during check-in, a cleaning fee of EUR 15 applies.

Please note that Visa CUP Cards cannot be used to guarantee reservations.

For check-in between 22:00 and 24:00 a surcharge of EUR 18 applies. Check-in after 24:00 is not possible.
