The property will send you an email with check-in information, access codes and emergency contact details, once payment has been made. If you have any questions after reading this email, please contact the property. Please be advised this property operates a self check in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival.
Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. Whilst we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line.
We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment.
This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adaptors. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.
