The accommodation is exclusively for recreation, tourism, business/work, medical tourism. In the event that the use is for any other purpose that violates Colombian laws, affects the integrity of the building or is used inappropriately by the guest, it will be reported to the competent authorities.
☞ Registration:
Only the exact number of people declared in the reservation should stay. In case of requiring the accommodation of additional people, an extra fee may be charged. The guest acknowledges and accepts that his/her stay will be only for the days stipulated in the reservation and that he/she cannot convert the property into his/her residence. ALL guests included in the reservation must provide a photo of their identification document before checking in, and only guests who have provided their document will be allowed to enter. At check-in, the reservation holder must always present their identity document, as well as their companions, in order to register the guests as required by Colombian law in Decree 2119 of 2018.
☞ Damages:
The guest agrees to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. They also assume responsibility for the actions of all other guests in their reservation. Any damage caused by guests to objects, furniture or goods in general will be their sole responsibility, and they must cover the amount of their repair or replacement. If keys are handed over and the guest loses them, then a replacement fee will be charged. In addition, if the guest vacates the accommodation with items after paying, they will be charged a service fee and shipping costs to have them returned by mail.
☞ Noise:
The guest must maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors at all times. Parties and events are not permitted, and noise after 10:00 pm is requested in order to ensure and preserve a quiet environment and to respect the rest of the building's residents.
☞ Release of Liability and Indemnity:
- Personal belongings of any value must never be left unattended. The host declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents or other valuables of any kind. Whenever leaving the property, guests must close the windows, lock all doors and keep their personal belongings safe and secure.
- Neither the host nor the owner of the property or any of their representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any guest or guest's property.
- Neither the host nor the owner of the property nor any of their representatives will be responsible for any alteration or inconvenience that the client may suffer when occupying the property caused by the actions of the neighbors or by fortuitous circumstances, including, but not limited to, the interruption of water, gas, electricity or internet services.
☞ Inspections: The property manager has the right to enter the property with prior notice to the guest, in order to inspect or perform any task, such as repairs and general maintenance.
☞ Warning against sexual abuse of minors and sex tourism:
In compliance with article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, we warn that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are severely punished crimes in the country. We strictly prohibit any form of sexual exploitation of minors on our property. By accepting these terms, the guest agrees to the prohibition of carrying out any type of conduct related to the sexual exploitation of minors, including sex tourism. We reserve the right to report to the authorities any suspicion or evidence related. For the safety of everyone, no one with intentions to engage in sex tourism is allowed to enter.
☞ No Smoking, No Using Illegal Substances, and No Bringing Weapons:
Smoking is permanently prohibited on the property, in accordance with Law 1335 of 2009, which regulates cigarette smoking. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply, in order to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition. Additionally, the consumption of psychoactive substances is prohibited in our accommodation and it is also prohibited to have any type of weapon or illegal substance.
☞ Warning regarding Compliance with Standards and Legality in the Accommodation:
All guests are informed that any illegal activity detected in the apartments will be immediately reported to the authorities. In addition, failure to comply with the rules established in this property may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to any refund. The apartments are intended exclusively for accommodation purposes. It is strictly forbidden to host minors without the presence and supervision of their legal representative.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー(男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー)などは禁止されています。
