Our free off-street parking is offered on a first-in basis only & cannot be reserved as there are limited spaces, however there is also on-street parking available at the front and rear of the building. Parking is strictly one vehicle per room that must be registered on check in. Caravans, campervans, motorhome, boat, trailer, jet ski and other like vehicles are not permitted

All rooms & balconies are non-smoking. Smoking only permitted in the designated smoking area at the rear of the building.

Guests occupying the room must provide photo ID & credit card for bond/incidentals that match the booking name. Bookings will not be accepted at check in if identification and bond cannot be provided to reception

Starting November 11th, works will commence to replace the passenger lifts within the building. One lift will be temporarily out of service, while the second lift will continue to operate.

To help minimize wait times during busy periods, guests will have additional access to the service lift. Please note that the work will take place Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and will result in some noise during these times.

At Aquarius On The Beach, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Aquarius On The Beach, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In case of early departure, Aquarius On The Beach will charge the full amount for your stay.
