Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

Please note the following if you plan on bringing your dog and ensure you have included your pet in your guest details, so the pet fee has been paid with the booking:
- All pets must be declared when booking. If you have booked and forgotten to declare your pet, please contact us immediately so we can include it with your booking. Any undeclared pets will be charged at the penalty rate of three times the usual pet fee.
- Currently, we only accept house-trained dogs. We can not accept other types of animals. We can not accept restricted breeds of dogs.
- If your dog is prone to bark a lot, please re-consider bringing your dog with you. If we receive noise complaints about your dog, you may be requested to find alternative arrangements for your dog.
- If your dog is prone to shed hair, it is your responsibility to clean up after your dog before you depart. You may be charged extra cleaning if it's required as a result of excessive hair or other mess created by your dog.
- Please remove all droppings from any yards, courtyards or surrounding areas. Please place it in an appropriate bag and dispose of it in the bin. You will be charged additional cleaning if droppings are not cleaned up.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings without refund if you have brought restricted breeds of dogs, animals other than dogs, have brought more dogs than declared, or have brought dogs into properties that are not pet friendly.
