Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage)

A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee of GBP 150 will be charged.

Standard Late Checkout Fee: GBP 10 per hour for approved late check-outs.

Unauthorized Late Checkout: If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee of GBP 50 per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.

The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus GBP 3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.
