Loud music, parties, pets, and smoking are prohibited within the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbances will be asked to leave without a refund.

Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check-in.

A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times.

Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address, and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property, and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a prearranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment.

All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property.

A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59.

A surcharge of EUR 90 applies for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59.

A surcharge of EUR 120 applies for arrivals after 01:00.

Please note that a copy of an identification such as a passport, driving license, or ID is required before arrival.

Please note that a credit card showing only the last 4 digits and corresponding to the name on the booking is before arrival.

If you require a baby cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Additional charges apply.
