Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required. Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival.

The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance.

Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed.

Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR).
