Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund.

Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damage deposit as agreed prior to your check in.

This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key.

All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property.

Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply:
- EUR 30 for arrivals from 19:00 to 20:59
- EUR 50 for arrivals from 21:00 to 22:59
- EUR 80 for arrivals from 23:00 to 00:59
- EUR 100 for arrivals after 01:00

Please note that a copy of an identification such as a passport, a driving license, or an ID is required before arrival.

The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in.

Please note that a credit card showing only the last 4 digits and corresponding to the name on the booking is required before arrival.

Guests will receive check-in instructions after the requested documents are received and the damage deposit is paid.

If you require a baby cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Additional charges apply.
