Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing a disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests found smoking in the property will be charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in.

A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days after check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times.

Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, meeting address and house rules by email after booking.

This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key.

All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property.

A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59.
A surcharge of EUR 90 applies for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59.
A surcharge of EUR 120 applies for arrivals after 01:00.

Please note that a copy of an identification document such as a passport, driving licence, or ID is required before arrival.

Please note that a credit card showing only the last 4 digits and corresponding to the name on the booking is required before arrival.
