Located on the ground floor, our superior triple room enjoys an exclusive view of the internal courtyard of the hotel: a cozy corner of relaxation and tranquillity, also useful for smartworking. Next to the Novecento Boutique Hotel a red gate introduces us to a unique place of its kind, secluded and lived in. A garden with Mediterranean plants is a former artist's studio transformed into a home with a typically Ligurian intervention. A large orange tree gives the structure its name: Casa dell'Arancio. The elegant apartment consists of: Welcoming entrance that divides the living area from the sleeping area. A large bedroom, equipped with every comfort, where there is the possibility of sleeping 4 people. Room (with sofa bed) and kitchen in a single environment allow conviviality during your stay. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, crockery and everything you need to make you feel at home even on vacation. The breakfast, included in the price, can be served in the private garden at your disposal. The exclusive parking, 100 meters from the house, is included in the price.
