House Rules:
1. No shoes in the apartment
2. No luggage on top of furniture
3. No durian fruit or cooking of potent dish
4. No clothes drying or visible furniture/decorations on balcony
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
6. Illegal activities, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
7. No commercial photography/videography without written consent.
8. Guests are required to be 18 or older, guests under the age of 18 must have an adult present during the full stay.
9. Guests are NOT allowed to make reservations on behalf of another guest.
10. Facilities are accessible ONLY for guests under the reservation, guests not included in the reservation are PROHIBITED to use the facilities, and reservation guests are strictly PROHIBITED to invite outside guests to use building facilities.
11. Guests shall respect tenants and staffs of the building and adhere to building management rules, including but not limited to proper use of building facilities.
12. Check-in is at 3pm. Checkout is at 12pm. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (extra fees may be charged). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
13. Smoking, burning of incense, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a IDR 1,000,000 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
14. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
15. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost or damaged keys, key cards, or parking passes.
16. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
17. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
18. Repositioning/Moving of large furniture in the apartment unit is prohibited and will be penalised. For example, the repositioning of bed mattress will result in a penalty fine of IDR 500,000.L'establiment Brulee by Kozystay - Sudirman no admet comiats de solters ni festes similars.
