Our apartment is located in a beautiful building with friendly neighbours therefore, we ask that you respect them by keeping the noise to a minimum between the quiet hours of 10pm - 9am. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Anyone failing to adhere to this request will be removed immediately from the apartment with no refund.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in our apartment. If you wish to smoke we ask that you use the balcony, and extinguish cigarettes responsibly, please use the ashtray provided and do not throw butts to the street. If we find the smell of smoke, burns or otherwise you will be charged for a deep clean of the apartment (500€) and the replacement of damaged items.

Absolutely NO parties or loud music - If the police are called due to a disturbance or neighbours disturbed you will be removed immediately from the property.

Do not leave the key in the lock when leaving the apartment, you will be unable to regain entry and we will need to call a locksmith at your expense.

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the apartment, If it is found that extra people are staying without prior permission, your reservation will be cancelled, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be removed immediately from the apartment.

Please do not remove or take to the beach, the white towels from the apartment, you can ask us for rental beach towels.

Please dispose of rubbish daily in the large grey containers across the street from the apartment.

Lost / Stolen / Unreturned keys will ba charged at 250 EUR.

For stays over 28 Days we ask for 220 EUR towards utility bills.

Your check in, check out and key handover, WIFI are included in the price, however the following fees apply when:

Check in after 8 pm to midnight: €30
Check in after midnight: €50
Check in after on 25th/ 31st Dec, 1st Jan & public holidays : €50

TOURIST TAX of Barcelona is not included in the final price:

6.05€* Per Person per night (For each individual 16 years or over) Up to a maximum of 7 Days.

As of April 2017, We as 'hosts' are now required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport details of all of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel.
