Unfortunately, Chakas Cove 8 is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience.

Please note that no loud noise and parties are allowed on the premises.

Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processes without the actual card being present.

You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers licence for all manual credit card transactions.

Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties:

• Parties / events / services
• Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.)
• Drunken disorderly behaviour
• Noise Disturbance / loud music
• No Matric Rage bookings

All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details.

Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Chakas Cove 8, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At Chakas Cove 8, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Chakas Cove 8, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
At Chakas Cove 8, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
At Chakas Cove 8, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at Chakas Cove 8, the property will contact you with further instructions.
