Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals.
Please, keep in mind that this house IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the reservation that you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your Booking.com reservation.
Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.At Charming Gran Vía Luna, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
