- Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
- Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation.
- Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.
