Any request for a late arrival at Charming Retiro is subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm.

Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.

Please note that only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays.
