Set on 2,112 metres above the sea level and overlooking the Rhone Valley and the Alpine summits, from the Matterhorn to the Mont-Blanc, the chetzeron is a former cable car station transformed into a unique mountain hotel located above Crans-Montana.
Please note that the arrival procedure depends on the season. Guests will be contacted directly by e-mail (or by phone for last-minute bookings) to fill in the arrival form. You can either arrive on foot, by bicycle or on skis at any time and drop your luggage at a previously defined location. Alternatively, you can use the cable car (at an extra cost) ot use the hotel's shuttle service (between 18:00 and 22:00).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At chetzeron, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
