Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.

Deposit Policy:
- Stay between 1 to 6 months: 1 month deposit needed
- More than 6 months: 2 months deposit needed
- Pre-termination of the lease after check-in is not permitted and the full rental fee rates of the confirmed reservation still apply

Cancellation Policy:
- You can make any change or cancellation 15 days prior to your arrival
- Stay between 1 to 6 months: Changes, cancellation or no-show made after the deadline will be charged for 1 month penalty
- Stay more than 6 months: Changes, cancellation or no-show made after the deadline will be charged for 2 months penalty

Children 5-12 years old can enjoy the breakfast with half price and children 1-4 years old can enjoy the breakfast with free of charge.

Guests could contact the front desk if need to use the room as a wedding room. The hotel will arrange the wedding room uniformly and charge a cleaning fee. The price is 600 Yuan for room and one bedroom apartment, 800 Yuan for two bedroom apartment, and 1200 Yuan for three bedroom apartment.
The layout of the wedding room includes: bridal bedding, rose petals in the bathtub, swan towel, fruit plate.
