The guest who makes the reservation automatically accepts the following conditions:

- Tourist tax: (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2017, converted, with amendments, by Law no. 96/2017) the tourist tax is equal to Euro 1.50 per day per person. The tax is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

- Documents for check-in: We require a valid identity document (identity card or passport) for transmission to the "Alloggiati Web" portal.
Residence permits for identification are not accepted.

- Tourist movement transmission:
In compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the Campania Region and the Campania Tourism Agency responsible for the statistical collection of tourist movement data will process the same for the sole purposes institutions competent in the matter.

- Waste disposal: Upon booking we will provide all the necessary instructions for the correct disposal of waste.

- Early check-in: Available only if the apartment is ready (no guests departing on the same day).

- Heating: According to Italian legislation, the internal temperature must not exceed 19°C (with tolerance up to 21°C). For a maximum of 10 hours a day.

- Small pets accepted with a small supplement, upon advance reservation.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the structure; however, it is permitted to do so in outdoor spaces, taking advantage of the large balconies available.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
