Legal Requirements:

As of April 2017, hosts in Barcelona are legally required to collect passport details from all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of check-in. It’s a familiar procedure, similar to checking into a hotel.

Tourist Tax Fee:

In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax applies to all stays in Barcelona. This fee is separate from the nightly rate and will be collected after booking.

Effective from October 1st, 2024, the tax will be:

€6.25 per person, per night for guests aged 17 and older (for the first 7 nights)
A 10% handling fee will also apply.
You will receive a payment link to complete the transaction after booking. This tax supports sustainable tourism efforts in the city. Thank you for your understanding!

House Rules:

- Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM and must be respected.

- No Smoking inside the apartment. If you smoke, please use the balcony and extinguish cigarettes responsibly in the ashtray provided. Throwing cigarette butts into the street is prohibited. If smoking damage or odor is detected, a deep cleaning fee will apply, along with the replacement of any damaged items.

- No parties or loud music are allowed in the apartment.

- Important: Do not leave the key in the lock when exiting the apartment, as you will not be able to regain entry and will need to call a locksmith at your own expense.

- Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. If additional guests are found without prior approval, the security deposit will not be refunded.

- Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Beach towels are available for rent upon request.

- Dispose of your trash daily in the large grey containers located on the street.

- Do not leave personal items or trash bags in the stairwell for safety and hygiene reasons.

- Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment.

Additional Fees:

Check-in after 8 PM: €30
Check-in after midnight: €50
Check-in on December 25th, December 31st, January 1st, or public holidays: €50

For stays longer than 28 days, a €200 per month management fee will apply.

Unreturned keys will incur a charge, and the cost of changing locks if necessary.

If you forget your keys and need us to assist:

10 AM to 8 PM: €20
8 PM to midnight: €30
Midnight to 10 AM: €50

Amenities for Families:

We can provide baby items such as baths, strollers, and travel cots, all of which are high-quality and regularly sanitized. These items are available for an additional fee and can be reserved after booking.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
