From November 25, 2024 to February 28, 2025 and from March 10 to April 1, 2025 renovation work will be done on the 5th floor of the building from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. A 30% discount has been applied to the rates during these days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to compensate for possible disturbances.At DestinationBCN Universitat Apartments, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
