Each condominium has one reserved parking space. For additional vehicles, we recommend the parking lot at the 9th Street city garage. The city operates seven municipal parking lots and two garages at the oceanfront. All locations and meters accept major credit and debit cards.
Construction Notice: Balcony Repairs are scheduled to take place from March- December 2024.
