Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. At Dunescape, there are insufficient resources to employ specialized security personnel to ensure the safety and comfort of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a No Party Policy, schoolies group bookings are not accepted. All guests are required to adhere to the local council Code of Conduct, especially in regards to car parking and noise. Please note that bookings that could possibly breach the local council Code of Conduct are unable to be confirmed. All guests must acknowledge the Terms of Stay and agree to adhere to the Verve Vacation Rentals terms and conditions. Guest will be provided with an online registration and guest agreement form upon securing the reservation. The registration must be completed within 24 hours of confirming the reservation or the reservation may be cancelled. Guest are also required to provide photo identification and credit card details, in the name of the booker, to Verve Vacation Rentals, within 24 hours of confirming the reservation.At Dunescape, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
Dunescape is situated in a residential area; guests are requested to avoid generating excessive noise.
At Dunescape, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Dunescape, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In case of early departure, Dunescape will charge the full amount for your stay.
At Dunescape, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at Dunescape, the property will contact you with further instructions.
