CHECK-IN

3. In case if you do not show upon check in time or coming after the check in time you will be doing self check in at your own responsibility.

4. Access cards will be handovered only next day after your Self check in once the deposit is received. ( Guest need to inform the Host through whatsapp or through booking platform next day at what time will you be available in the apartment to receive the deposit and handover the access cards.

CHECK-OUT

1. The guest is responsible to inform the host 24Hours before your departure what time will you be checking out for the deposit refund. ( 24hours before If no information has provided before 5Pm the host will be proceeding for the normal checkout at 12Pm on the day of your departure. )

2. In case if the guest didn't inform the host of your departure timing 24Hours before and the guest need to do early checkout the deposit will be transferred only to the guest bank account (Service charges will apply)
