It is not a hotel, it is a private flat legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages flats in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their holidays as pleasant as possible. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have a 24 hour reception as in a Hotel.

OTHER INFORMATION
- In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host.
- The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests. If proof of stay is required, we can only provide receipts.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
到着予定時刻をに事前に連絡してください。
チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。
