PLEASE INFORM that you have rented a tourist accommodation, we are not a hotel or an accommodation with services. The additional cleaning service or other extra services are available on request.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE: Spain Law's obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years old have to be registered.
To formalize the reservation, you must bring the official identity documents of all the adults who are staying in the villa.
This process must be done before the entrance closes to be able to access the accommodation.

PROHIBIT 🚫 to smoke in the apartment and common areas

SECURITY 🔓 Make sure the main door is always closed.

HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure that ALL is off when you are not in the apartment. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.

Ta🙏 Take care of the apartment:

Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
On the day of departure please leave the apartment in good condition.
Near each apartment you will find garbage containers.

PROHIBITED 🚫 to accommodate people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, molesting other guests, loud music.

❌- No return of keys or lost keys has a cost that will be charged from the deposit of 60€ for each game of keys.

Non-compliance with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
