Please be aware of the noise throughout the day and above all, after 10 PM relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
INFORM YOU that you have rented a tourist apartment, we are not a hotel or an apartment with services. Additional cleaning service or other extra services are available upon request.
OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE The law in Spain obliges and requires that all guests must be registered. To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the guests staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment.
PET's NOT ALLOWED - NO smoking in the apartment and common areas, we are a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed in any area or apartment in the building. SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.
HELP: with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt.
