Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 7 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than seven people, there will be an additional charge of USD 150 per guest, per night. Only a maximum of 10 overnight guests are allowed. For the duration of the event(s), the maximum number of guests allowed is 30.

The minimum USD 1,500 event cleaning fee is paid at the time of booking.

All requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval by the property and must be requested.

Please note that for early check-in and late check-out, additional charges of USD 50 per hour for the first 2 hours and USD 100 per hour for more than 2 hours will apply.

Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process, which includes signing an online rental agreement and providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's licence, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be completed and will subsequently be cancelled.

Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form that includes adding a complete guest list of those attending the event(s). This helps us ensure that your stay is personalised and tailored to your needs and also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.

The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 25.

Safety and Neighborhood Respect: Please note our property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours. In addition, security cameras are installed around the outside of the home for everyone's safety. Tampering with the security cameras is not allowed. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us.

Strict Commitment Policy: Guest shall pay a security deposit of USD 2,500 ,will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or potential damages during your visit. This hold will expire after your check-out. We will process the refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned.
