For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is compulsory and must be presented at check-in.

It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

Sex tourism is strictly forbidden under penalty of immediate expulsion and prosecution.

We ask you to adopt a good attitude towards your neighbors (quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and mores. Parties and events are not permitted.

If nuisance rules are not respected, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay.

Any additional guests must be declared to the host.

Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, in accordance with the rules of the residence.

With regard to the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his/her family and children, and the Agency declines all responsibility in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
