自2023年1月1日起，所有外宾每间每晚须缴纳10令吉的旅游税，适用于Fig Tree Hills Resort (花果山度假村)。 该税费未包含在房价内，须在入住时支付，适用于Fig Tree Hills Resort (花果山度假村)。 持有效马来西亚身份证或永久居民MY PR卡者可享豁免，适用于Fig Tree Hills Resort (花果山度假村)。 Please note that the property offers free pick-up or drop-off transfer from/to Penang International Airport. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival and departure flight details if they wish to make use of this service.
The resort is located 10 minutes up a hill. and travel buses are not able to drive up to the resort. Special arrangement is required to transfer guests from travel bus to the resort and it is subject to additional charges. Please contact the management for further info. If guests are coming in a group, it is advisable to use 10-seater van. Please note network access/mobile signals are weak in these areas.
Resort only serves breakfast, and there is no restaurant to serve lunch and dinner. Barbecue facilities and electric steamboat cooker with tableware are provided.
For BBQ, please bring along food, charcoal and aluminium foil.
