Customers are required to pay the full balance on arrival. We also accept bank faster payment before arrival so please contact us. Customers are required to reserve room/rooms with credit/debit card but pay with debit card.

Rooms are normally only available after 16:00 but earlier access is available by prior arrangement for a GBP 10 fee.

The check-in time is 16:00pm-to 22:30, and strictly adhered to. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible unless prior arrangements have been made. A fee of GBP 15 applies to check-in's between 22:30 and 00:00 and a fee of GBP 20 applies to check-in's from 00:00 until 00:30.

Late check-out until 12:30 is possible for a cost of GBP 15 per room. An additional GBP 10 per hour per room is chargeable at the latest check-out 14:30.

Please note that the property may pre-authorise cards for security reasons.

Please note this property has 2 entrances. Access to the car park is from the rear entrance only not front. This is in comliance with traffic rules of the Southgloustershire Council. Please use this post code BS34 7PQ when using a sat nav to reach the property.
