Important information- The guest can use ONE PRIVATE GARAGE SPACE. The space is ROTATIONAL and you can park wherever available (subject to capacity during busy periods New Year's Eve/Carnival)
▪︎ THE POOL is CLOSED FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING EVERY MONDAY (INTERNAL RULE). The rest of the days are open every day and follow the pool's opening hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
* Only SMALL animals are allowed, as long as:
-> Don't make noise and disturb the neighbors
-> Walk on laps in the common areas of the condominium
-> Don't relieve yourself in the house
-> If it causes any malfunction or damage, an extra fee will be charged proportional to the damage caused
* Parties and noise are not allowed.
* No loud sounds allowed
* It is not permitted to hang clothes on windows and balconies.
IMPORTANT : If break the rules, fines may be charged.At Flat 103-A Ancora vista mar, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
