Guests are required to send a copy of valid photo ID showing address to the property prior to check-in.

Please note that all the facilities may not always be available during your stay, and the property does not accept responsibility for any closures.

Please ensure you have insurance for your stay, we will not accept responsibility for any loss/damage.

This property does not accept third party bookings.

All guest's info inc name/address/age, car reg no, email and phone number is required to process your leisure pass, if you have booked last minute or not provided the info within 24 hrs of arrival there may be a delay in issueing your leisure passes to access the leisure complex (pools, entertainment etc).

As a family-friendly holiday park there is a strict policy on no parties or gatherings and we are unable to accept bookings from those living nearby.

You must pay the £250 damage/loss deposit at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
