The credit card used to make the reservation must be in the name of the person staying at the property.
For reservations made by a third party, the credit card holder must be present on arrival. If none of the guests is the holder of the credit card, it is necessary to contact the hotel in advance.
A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for check-ins after 20:00, EUR 40 for check-ins after 21:00 and EUR 60 for check-ins after 23:00 until 1:00.
