Arrivals and departures are autonomous and without reception.

Out of respect for the following tenants, an additional cleaning fee of 30 EUR will be charged if you do not respect the premises and leave the used areas clean.
Check-out instructions are given at the end of the PDF guide provided.

Bed linen and towels can be brought in or rented.
Please let us know before your arrival.
Size: 140x190 for double beds and 90x190 for single beds.

- 11 EUR: one set of disposable bed linen and two disposable towels (perfect for 1 night)
- 15 EUR: one set of disposable bed linen and two washable towels (non-disposable, perfect for 1 to 3 nights)
- 20 EUR: a set of bed linen and 2 normal-wash towels (non-disposable)
Please note: Bed linen is placed on the bed before your arrival or collected from us in the case of late arrivals.
All disposable items are to be disposed of in a garbage can in the street on departure.

A security deposit of 100 euros must be paid before your arrival by credit card on a secure website ( https://www.swikly.com/ ) . You must therefore be in possession of a bank card. This deposit of 100 euros is not deducted from your bank account, it is simply an imprint of your credit card to protect us from disreputable people.

The 100 euros can be paid by PayPal. A 4 euro fee will be charged upon return of the security deposit.

Once the deposit has been paid and you have provided information about the bed linen, you will be given all access information. Except the code for the key safe, which will be given to you at 3pm on the day of arrival.

Arrival and departure times must be respected: Arrivals after 3pm and departures before 11am.
