"Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs €10, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply, with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
