A zero-tolerance smoking policy is enforced at GuestReady - Elegant retreat at Damac Hills. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.

Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
