We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

A zero-tolerance smoking policy is enforced at GuestReady - Homely stay in Madrid. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

For stays longer than 30 nights at GuestReady - Homely stay in Madrid, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.
