Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

A zero-tolerance smoking policy is enforced at GuestReady - Candal Big Watch. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

For stays longer than 30 nights at GuestReady - Candal Big Watch, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys at GuestReady - Candal Big Watch: an additional pair, lost keys, or door opening service is available for 20€.
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).At GuestReady - Candal Big Watch, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
At GuestReady - Candal Big Watch, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at GuestReady - Candal Big Watch, the property will contact you with further instructions.
