Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

* This additional fee (VAT) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. The violation of this norm has a fine of USD 300.

We are PET FRIENDLY! You only have to meet a few requirements:
1. Upon your arrival you must sign our Pet Ownership Policy.
Your pet must always be under your supervision. It must never be left alone in the room, nor free in the facilities.
3. You must guarantee with 300 USD with your credit card or cash for possible damages that may be caused in the room or hotel facilities or if it is found that you have left your pet alone during your stay.
4. We only accept small petsチェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。
