• Please note that we have a minimum age limit of 18 years, and a maximum age limit of 40 years! ~ We reserve the right to refuse guests younger or older, even if they made a booking!

• Please note that all dormitories are mixed, unless a female dormitory is booked.

• When you (and your friend(s)/partner) book more than one bed in a dorm, you are NOT 100% guaranteed to be in the same room. Guests are advised to book a private or whole room to guarantee this.

• Please note that for the roomkey and padlock we ask a small deposit of 10 euros in CASH.

• On public holidays, different policies and additional surcharges may apply.

• If the total value of a single booking is greater than or equal to €1000, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.

• If the number of people in a single booking is greater than or equal to 4 people, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.

• If the number of nights in a single booking is greater than or equal to 4 nights, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.

• Please note that underneath the hostel is a coffeeshop.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Hostel Utopia, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At Hostel Utopia, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Hostel Utopia, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
